Overview
A legacy themed wooden wall to keep the untamed wilderness away from your property, made with questionable carpentry. Replaces the High External Wooden Wall.
Wood and nothing else: 4,000 wood per craft, three walls out, at a Level 1 workbench. Together with the plain High External Wooden Wall that makes it the cheapest way to put a ring around a base. It is a skin of that wall, with no blueprint or research of its own, and the game says the Legacy wall replaces the wooden one. What differs is the finish: weathered boards and, in the game's own words, questionable carpentry.
Pros
Cons
- No sheet metal and no gears, so it can go up the first evening
- Three walls a craft from one farming run
- Matches the Legacy gate if you want a set
- Still the wood tier, below stone and adobe
- Most groups replace it with stone once raids begin
- The weathered look is only a look: nothing in the data marks it as weaker or tougher
A typical use: you and a friend have a 2x2 by a river, a couple of furnaces outside, and every roamer who passes takes a look through the window. A quick wood ring puts an end to that for the price of one session with a hatchet. Later, as the stone piles grow, the ring gets swapped wall by wall for the stone version.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
