Overview

In-game description
Fast moving rocket ammunition. Uses a type of radar for active target guidance from a Homing Launcher

This is your answer to helicopters. If a minicopter keeps landing on your roof or an attack heli is circling the base, load the homing missile launcher and deal with it.

It isn't fire and forget. Once the missile leaves the tube you have to keep tracking the target until impact, so pick a spot where nobody shoots you in the back while you stare at the sky. Crews who know what they're doing drop flares, and the missile can chase those instead, so don't count on every launch landing.

Crafting them takes tech trash, which half your other crafts want as well. That's why most groups keep two or three for defence rather than hunting helis across the map, and let a SAM site on the roof cover the hours when nobody is online. For anything on the ground, put HV rockets in a normal launcher.
