Overview
Sends notifications to your phone when powered on.
On its own it waits. The game's text says it sends a notification to your phone when it is powered, so all the work is in deciding what gives it power. Hook a sensor in front of it and you have an offline raid alarm.
- Run power from a battery into a seismic sensor placed near your core, so the first explosion powers its output.
- Take a wire from the sensor's output to the alarm with the wire tool.
- Pair the alarm with the Rust+ app on your phone and give it a message your group will recognise.
The seismic sensor is the classic pairing, because it reacts to explosions. An HBHF sensor in the compound warns earlier, but depending on its settings it can also ping you every time a teammate walks past, which gets old by the second day.
The price is three high quality metal, one piece of tech trash and thirty scrap to learn. Cheap next to a cleared loot room. Just remember that the ping tells you nothing about who or how many: log in and look before you sprint home in your best kit.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
