A Twitch Rivals Light-Up Neon Sign
Treat it as branded wall decor that happens to glow. The game calls it a light-up sign, and unlike the blank neon panels you paint yourself, it arrives with the Twitch Rivals artwork already on it. Like them, it presumably needs power to light up.
Its recipe matches the small neon sign: 150 metal fragments and nothing to research. One line differs. Its row asks for no workbench, where the small sign needs Level 1. The recycler hands back the same metal, too.
It belongs with the other Twitch Rivals items, such as the Twitch Rivals desk and the 2023 trophy. Hang it over the desk in the room where your group watches the cameras and the set is complete. If you do not own it, nothing here is worth chasing.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
