Characteristics
Overview
A Mailbox that accepts notes. Only you can access the mail due to a one way slit.
Do not plan your base power around it. The tables show a recipe at a Level 2 bench with four electric fuses, four gears, high quality metal and two metal pipes, but the same row marks it as not researchable, and normal servers do not let you build it.
Its game text gives the mix-up away: it describes a mailbox that only accepts notes. That is a glitch in the item data, not a hidden mailbox mode. As far as players know, the Test Generator is a testing tool for admins and developers, a way to feed power into a circuit without fuel.
For power at home, the small generator is the real fuel burner, at forty power by its own text. Solar and wind take over once you have the parts.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
