Overview
Splits an electrical signal into 3 multiple signals. the amount passed through is equal to the input amount divided by the number of used output slots.
Equal shares, that is all it knows. Power goes in, and whatever arrives is divided by the number of outputs you actually wired, up to three. Leave one output empty and the other two get half each.
Take a small generator, which by its own description outputs 40. Split it two ways and each side gets roughly 20, plenty for an auto turret that asks for 10. Wire all three outputs and each share drops to about 13, still enough for three turrets on paper. Hang two turrets off one of those outputs, though, and both of them come up short.
The catch is that it cannot divide unevenly. If one consumer needs a lot and another only a trickle, the small one sits on a share it will never use. That is the job of the Electrical Branch, which takes a set amount off the line and passes the rest on. And when you need the opposite, two weak sources joined into one stronger line, look at the Root Combiner.
It is cheap, metal fragments at a Level 1 bench, and most bases with more than one turret end up with a couple of them.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
