Overview
This object combines two root electrical sources into a single signal. Helpful for stringing together low energy batteries or solar panels to produce higher power output. Can be wired in series, can not be used with any non energy producing electrical components.
One large solar panel rarely does much on its own, and its output swings with the sun. This piece lets you add two sources together. Plug a large solar panel into each input and the output carries both, enough to fill a large battery faster than either panel could alone.
It chains, too. Its description says it can be wired in series, so two combiners feeding a third puts four panels on one line. A roof covered in panels usually ends in a little tree of these above the battery room. Mixing sources works the same way: a panel and a wind turbine together cover more hours than either one, since the turbine does not care whether the sun is up.
Watch out
Only things that produce power go into its inputs: panels, turbines, generators, batteries. A switch, splitter or branch on an input breaks the rule from its own description, and the circuit will not do what you expect.
It is cheap, metal fragments at a Level 1 bench, but its research costs twice what most small electrical parts ask. Wire it with the wire tool and keep the combiners close to the battery so the runs stay short.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
