Overview
Netting you can climb.
Hang it in a wall frame when you want a way up that is not a staircase. The game says outright that you can climb it, and it costs a single rope with no workbench, so a climb from your courtyard to a balcony costs you almost nothing.
Compare that with a wooden ladder, which wants three rope, 300 wood and a Level 1 bench, and which you carry around to get over other people's walls. The net stays put in its frame, the same slot a garage door uses, and becomes part of the building.
Watch out
Anyone can climb it, not only your team. A net on an outer wall is a free route onto your roof for the first roamer who notices it, so keep it inside your walls.
It also looks right in a jungle-style build as plain decor. Other pieces for frames are listed under Construction.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
