Overview

In-game description
A prison cell gate to lock things behind bars

You want a door people can see through but not walk through. The gate drops into a wall frame, swings open like any door and takes a lock, so whoever is left on the other side stays there, and everyone gets to watch him do it.

The classic use is the cell. You knock a roamer down on the road, snap handcuffs on him and push him into a little room behind bars: prison cell walls on the sides, this gate as the way in. Put a code lock on it and talk about the ransom through the bars.

Outside of prisoner games it works as a yard or balcony door when you want to see who is waiting before you open up. It costs 150 metal fragments at a Level 2 workbench and 30 scrap to learn. Keep it away from your main entrance, though. It is a frame piece with bars in it, and the airlock in front of your loot deserves a proper door.
