Overview
A very high ice wall to protect your property.
Picture a winter coat on the stone high wall. It does the same job, a tall barrier around your base, but you cannot make it. Nobody has its blueprint, so the Level 2 workbench and the 3000 stones some lists show for it are never spent, while the stone wall is a normal craft at that bench.
That is the catch. It cannot be researched or crafted at all, so it comes only from loot or a trade, most likely around the Christmas season. If none comes your way, the normal stone wall is what you build.
Say the holidays left a few in your loot: plug a gap in your ring with them and keep the sheet metal for doors. Just do not assume ice takes a raid like stone until you have seen it, and keep your main ring in proper stone. For low decorative fences there is a matching short ice wall.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
