Overview
A small neon sign!
An arrow over the door to your shop, a single letter on a clan wall, a little skull telling strangers to keep walking: the small neon sign is for one symbol, not a sentence. You paint it like any other sign, and once power reaches it the paint glows. By day nobody notices it. After dark it is the only thing on that wall anybody sees.
It costs 150 metal fragments, where a small wooden sign is made of wood and needs no wiring at all. So the neon version only pays off at night, on a base that already has power to spare.
Hooking it up works like any other consumer: run a line with the wire tool from your battery or generator into the sign's input. For a whole word that people can read from the road, step up to the large neon sign.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
