Characteristics
Overview
A Lantern. Place it where you need light.
A grin says open for business. Set one beside your vending machine during the Halloween weeks and passing players read it as a shop, not a trap. The game calls it a lantern you place where you need light, so it does a small job too.
On paper it is the angry jack o'lantern with the other face: two pumpkins, no workbench, no research, identical recycling. So choose by mood. If you want a face nobody else has, the carvable pumpkin is cheaper and lets you cut your own.
It holds no loot and stops no one. Just keep in mind that the recycler hands back fewer pumpkins than you spent, so a spare lantern is better given to a neighbour than shredded.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
