Wumpus is Discord's mascot, and here he sits on your shelf as a plush. The game text says the toy was exclusive to the Rust Shop on Discord, so it is a store item, not something you pull out of a crate.
If it is on your account, a copy costs fifty cloth with no workbench, the same price as the charity Cancer Research UK Plushie or the Hazmat Plushy. Its text promises no comfort and no other effect, so count it as decor.
The obvious neighbour is the Discord Trophy, the other piece tied to Discord. For a team that lives in a Discord voice channel all wipe, the pair next to the sleeping bags is an inside joke everyone gets. Lose the plush in a raid and a new one is fifty cloth away.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
