Overview
A garage door that rolls up and down.
Choose it for looks, to make the loot room door match a metal-and-pipes build. Function first: it is a skin of the plain garage door, so there is no difference at all. Same Level 2 bench, two gears and 300 metal fragments, same recycler output, and no research of its own: the garage door's 30 scrap covers it.
So everything you know about the regular one applies here. It fills a wall frame, rolls up slowly, takes a code lock and sits between sheet metal and armored doors when raiders show up. We have seen nothing suggesting it soaks up more explosives, and we would not count on it.
You never craft it as a separate item. You craft the garage door and pick this look, and that option is there only if you own the skin, the same way the industrial torch works. Without it, the plain garage door does the same job for the same price.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time.
