Overview
A basic cathode ray tube screen combined with an incremental counter. Can display power received, or can count upwards and allow passthrough when a target is reached.
Mostly you build it to read a number off a wall. In display mode the screen shows how much power arrives, and that turns other parts into gauges. The classic pairing is the HBHF sensor, which passes on power by the number of people near it. Wire it into a counter in the main room, and you know how many are outside the door before anyone opens it.
The second mode counts. Each pulse on its input adds one, and once the number reaches the target you set, the counter lets power through to its output. Lay a pressure pad just inside the loot room, run it into the counter with the wire tool, and when you log back in the screen tells you how many times someone stood there while you were away.
So it is less a defence than a pair of eyes that keeps score. It costs only metal fragments, but you need a Level 2 workbench before you can craft one, and thirty scrap to learn it. One per sensor you actually look at is plenty.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
