A Spooky Fence
Put it up for the look. It belongs to the spooky Halloween side of the game, and a row of it around a gravestone or two in front of the base gives you a proper little cemetery for the season.
The recipe is 250 stones and 75 metal fragments with no workbench, and you cannot research it. So the materials are the easy part; getting hold of it at all is the hard one. It is usually tied to the Halloween event, so expect to see it around October rather than plan a base around it.
There is no matching gate among the items, so leave a gap yourself if you want a way into the yard. Nothing in its row says it does more than mark a border. Treat it like any other low fence in the construction list: fine for a themed yard, useless on the night someone shows up with explosives.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
