Overview
An animated neon sign!
Movement catches an eye that a still sign never would. Instead of one picture you paint several frames, and the sign plays them one after another: an arrow that pulses toward your door, a word that blinks, a crude little cartoon of a rocket hitting a wall. Judging by the internal names, it is the same size as the plain medium neon sign, so the only question is whether it moves.
That movement has a price. The row asks for a Level 2 workbench, two high quality metal and 300 metal fragments, where the still version wants a Level 1 bench and 200 fragments. Not much in the middle of a wipe, but nobody crafts it on day one either.
Tip
Keep the frames simple. Two or three bold shapes switching back and forth read better from a distance than a detailed drawing that changes every frame.
For a shop front or a clan wall that should be seen from the next hill, the large animated sign does the same trick on a bigger panel.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
