Overview
A fridge you can store food into!
You get home from a hunt with a bear, two deer and a pile of fish, far more than you will cook tonight. Left in a wooden box, raw meat slowly turns, and spoiled beef and its cousins hurt you instead of feeding you. The fridge is where that haul waits until someone gets round to the barbeque.
It is cheap enough for the first evening: 150 metal fragments, a Level 1 bench and 15 scrap at the research table. The mini fridge costs a third of the metal and holds less, which suits a solo. Groups that bring home raw bear meat and fish in bulk end up with the big one in the kitchen.
Watch out
The game texts never say whether a fridge needs power, yet it is filed with the electrical items. Before you trust it with a whole hunt, leave one stack of raw meat in it for a day. If it is turning, run a line to it with the wire tool.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
