Characteristics
Overview
A vibrant flashing floor that pulses in time to music.
Roleplay and PvE servers are where this floor earns its place. Picture a group running a roadside nightclub: a Boom Box plays a stream, the panels flash in time with it, and passing players stop to dance instead of shooting. On a hardcore PvP server it is a curiosity at best.
Each piece is 75 metal fragments at a Level 1 workbench, with nothing to research, so a bigger floor adds up. It also wants power before it does anything; a small generator or a couple of batteries behind the bar will carry a party.
How it picks up the beat is worth testing on your own server. The sound light says outright that it needs a Boom Box connection, and the floor most likely works the same way. Either way it gives no comfort and no protection, just colour.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
