Overview
Emits a beautiful shower of white sparks
Plan a big group show in layers. Boomers burst high, candles fill the middle with strings of balls, and volcanoes cover the ground. White is the easy pick for that bottom layer, since it goes with any colour you fire above it.
The ground layer is where the powder goes. Every white volcano is 15 gun powder and 20 metal fragments, so a ring of them around the compound adds up fast. Only owners can make it: its blueprint is tied to owning the item on Steam, and the candles and boomers work the same way. Save on the rest: green candles cost no powder at all and keep the middle busy, and one blue boomer is enough of a finale.
Light the volcanoes first and the candles while the sparks are still going. None of it does anything but look good, so the only thing at stake is the powder you spend on it.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
