Overview
A light that will pulse in time to music when connected to a Boom Box.
No Boom Box, no show. The game text ties this lamp to one: wired to a Boom Box, it pulses in time with the tape or stream that is playing, and that is all it does. On its own it gives you nothing worth having.
A clan bar is the typical home. One box behind the counter, a handful of these along the walls, every line run with the wire tool, and the room flickers to the beat while people trade. It most likely wants power as well, like the other party lights.
Each one costs 100 metal fragments at a Level 1 bench with nothing to research, so a whole wall of them adds up. Pair them with a disco floor for the full club, and shut the room at night so the flashing does not advertise you.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
