Characteristics
Overview
Every home needs a table. A decorative item which provides comfort when in close proximity.
A room gets more comfortable with one in it, even when nobody sits down. The game says the table provides comfort to anyone close by, so one in the room where your group sorts loot works for everybody at once, not only for the player in a seat.
Furniture rarely gets cheaper: 100 wood, no workbench, 15 scrap to research. Put a couple of chairs around it and the corner where a duo waits out the night, cooks meat and tops up the furnaces starts to look like somewhere people live.
Two names trip up newcomers. The research table is the one that turns scrap into blueprints, and the Clan Table manages a clan. This one does neither. It is furniture with a small comfort bonus, and that is fine for 100 wood.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
