Overview
A table for managing clans.
Use it to manage a clan. The game says that much and little more: the table is the spot in your base where clan business happens, on servers where clans are part of the game. Plenty of community servers run their own group systems or none at all, so read the server description before you spend scrap on it.
The blueprint asks for a Level 1 workbench and 30 scrap, and the table itself is mostly wood with some metal fragments. Cheap, but a solo has nothing to do with it.
It pays off for a big group that comes back to the same server wipe after wipe. Picture eight people spread over a main base and a farm base: a clan gives them one name and one roster to manage instead of a string of separate invites.
Watch out
A clan does not hand out building rights. Those still come from the Tool Cupboard, so every member who should build or upgrade in the base has to authorise there like before.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
