Characteristics
Overview
A set of beautiful sky lanterns. Comes in 5 colors. Can be launched in any direction. Has one inventory slot. Can be Ignited with a lit torch.
A message in a bottle, only through the sky. The lantern has one inventory slot, so you can fold a note inside, light it and let the wind carry your words off over the map. Maybe a neighbour reads it, maybe it ends up in the sea. You never know, and that is the fun.
Lighting it takes a burning torch in your hands. The game text says it can be launched in any direction, so pick your side before you let go. Players say whatever sits in the slot drops out where the flight ends, so test it with something cheap first.
It costs ten cloth and five low grade fuel with no bench at all, but only owners can craft it: its blueprint is tied to owning the item on Steam. It does nothing else. Four coloured versions wait in the Fun category; they are skins of this lantern, made by crafting it with the skin.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
