Overview
A scrap of paper for leaving notes.
Anything you want someone to read after you log off goes on one of these. Craft a note, open it from your inventory and type, then leave it where the right person will find it. A mail box by the neighbours' door is the polite way, and a sky lantern takes one wherever the wind decides.
The usual case: a quiet group lives next door, nobody talks on voice, and you would rather trade than fight. Write the offer, push it into their mail box and check yours the next evening. Inside a team it works too: a note in the shared box about who took the last stack of sulfur.
Watch out
Anyone who picks a note up can read it. Never write your code on one and leave it in a box a raider might open.
It costs 10 wood at no bench, and every player knows the recipe from the start. The paper item claims to go into notes, but the recipe here asks for wood only, so skip the extra step.

Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
