Characteristics
Overview
A powered microphone that lets you broadcast your voice. Press [+attack2] to change voice mode between high and low pitch.
The stand goes in the room where you sit, and the speakers go where people should hear you. Getting it running takes two steps.
- Place the stand and give it power from a small rechargeable battery or your base circuit.
- Run its output with the wire tool into connected speakers on the outside wall.
Someone knocks on your door and you answer from the core without opening anything. Right-click switches between a high and a low voice, so the fresh spawn outside never quite knows who lives here.
It costs only metal fragments at a Level 1 bench and stacks to five, so a shop or a stage on a community server can run several. If you would rather take your voice with you, the megaphone works in your hand, with no wiring at all.
