Overview
A small speaker that will play any audio from a connected Boom Box.
On its own this does nothing at all. Its job starts when a wire from a Boom Box reaches it: whatever the box plays, tape or stream, comes out of the speaker as well. That way one box serves a whole base instead of one room.
- Place the Boom Box where you can reach its settings, and give it power.
- With the wire tool, run from the box's audio output to the speaker's input.
- For another room, wire from the first speaker's output on to the next one.
At 75 metal fragments each and stacking in fives, covering a compound costs next to nothing. As far as players know, only the box at the head of the chain needs power; the speakers simply pass the sound along.
It is not only for music. A microphone stand can feed the same speakers, so a clan running a shop or an arena gets a PA system: one person talks at the counter and the whole yard hears it. On a quiet base, keep them off the outer walls, or you are announcing yourself.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
