An extra extra large light up frame
Treat the glow as a luxury on your power grid. The XXL covers the most wall of the five light-up frames, and the material is the easy part: 150 wood with no bench, same as the small one. Electricity is where it gets harder, going by what players say about these frames.
Picture raid night. The batteries are the only thing keeping your auto turret awake, and somewhere in the base a giant frame is quietly drinking from the same line. Put the frame behind its own switch, or a smart switch you flip from your phone, so the last of the charge never goes to decoration.
Without power it is a very large frame and nothing more. On a long wipe, even that beats a bare wall.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
