Characteristics
Overview
A latex balloon to use as decoration and for you to celebrate. You can write on it.
Labels for a messy loot room: that is where it earns its cloth. You can write on it, so in a crowded loot room one balloon over each row of boxes reading AMMO, MEDS or COMPS saves your group a lot of opening the wrong box.
Like the rest of the party set it takes fifteen cloth, no workbench and no research. The circle balloon and the heart balloon accept writing too, so you are only picking a shape, while the clump of latex balloons gives colour with no words at all.
Watch out
Keep codes off it. A balloon by the entrance that spells out your door code is a free key for anyone who walks past.
There is nothing to research: its blueprint is tied to owning the item on Steam. A recycler hands back about half the cloth, so relabelling costs you very little.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
