Overview
A heart-shaped balloon to use as decoration and for you to celebrate. You can write on it.
A heart with "please don't raid" written across it has never saved a base, and this balloon will not be the first. What it can do is carry a short message. Its game text says you can write on it, so it makes a sweet note over your duo partner's bed or a cheeky one above the gate of the neighbour you just made peace with.
Cost and rules match the rest of the party set: fifteen cloth, no workbench, nothing to research, and a recycler hands back about half. The circle balloon and the latex balloon take writing too, so picking the heart is about mood more than anything. For colour without words, the clump of latex balloons does the job.
Its blueprint is tied to owning the item on Steam, so only players who own it see it in the crafting menu.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
