Characteristics
Overview
Blast a cloud of birthday themed confetti cheer.
Point it at a friend and fire. That is the whole job: a puff of birthday confetti from a wooden tube, no damage, just colour hanging in the air for a moment. It came with Rust's birthday celebrations and sits better next to a party hat than in any loadout.
You cannot craft it at all. Item lists still show a recipe of 75 wood and five gun powder at a Level 1 workbench, but in the game files it is loot only, so you get one from loot or a trade. It also has durability, so it should be a toy you keep and fire again rather than a one-shot.
The moment for it: your duo's real birthday lands mid-wipe, they log in, and you meet them at the door with a blast of confetti instead of a shotgun.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
