Party Hat

Even the game is honest about this one: its description calls it a very stupid looking hat. The row adds nothing, no recipe, no research, no recycling, so you cannot make one and cannot break one down. If you have it, it most likely came from one of the game's birthday celebrations.

Its use is one evening. Say a teammate's birthday falls on wipe night. Once the base is sealed, the group puts the hats on, somebody fires a confetti cannon over the loot boxes, and the birthday cake comes out if anyone kept one. Whoever wants to stand out swaps to the birthday candle hat and lights it.

Take it off before the farm run. A cone on your head changes nothing once somebody opens fire.
