A decorative White Paper lantern
Pick white over red for one reason: taste. The cost, the craft and whatever the lantern does once it is up match the red Chinese Lantern exactly, so the only real question is which colour fits your walls.
White tends to sit better on a wooden or stone base, where red can shout. Players who go all in on the Lunar New Year look put a lunar inlay into a wall frame nearby and let a few sky lanterns drift off the roof on event night.
It takes cloth and a little fuel with no workbench, and you cannot research it. Its blueprint is tied to owning the item on Steam, so it is in your crafting menu all year or never.
Do not expect anything from it in a fight or a raid. It is decoration first, and on a long wipe a room that looks cared for is a small, honest reason to log back in.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
