A decorative Paper lantern
Hang a bit of Lunar New Year in your base. Some cloth and a splash of low grade fuel, no workbench at all, and a grey stone corridor suddenly looks like somebody lives there.
As far as players remember, it behaves like the ordinary lantern: put fuel in and it glows. So it can light a room, but the metal lantern does the same job, is a recipe every player has from the start, and does not make your loot room look like a street festival.
It comes with the Lunar New Year theme, but the event does not hand it out and you cannot research it: its blueprint is tied to owning the item on Steam. If it is not in your crafting menu, no amount of scrap will put it there.
Picture a dark night on a busy server: warm red light in your windows makes a lovely screenshot and an easy landmark for a raiding group. The white version costs exactly the same and differs only in colour.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
