Overview
Frighten your guests with creepy and spooky halloween sounds!
A roamer crouches by your wall at night and hears a groan from the bushes behind him. He spins round, sees nothing and backs off. That moment is what the Spooky Speaker is built for: tuck it into a corner of the yard and let it play creepy Halloween sounds at whoever wanders past.
It costs 400 wood, 100 metal fragments and some cloth, no bench, and like the rest of the October props it cannot be researched. As far as we know it plays its own set of sounds and nothing else. For real music or your own recorded tapes you want a boom box wired to a few connected speakers instead.
Watch out
Sound gives a base away. A speaker groaning all night tells every passer-by that somebody bothered to decorate, and maybe that somebody is home.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
