Get into the holiday spirit with this decorative inflated giant candy cane
Set it up by the front door when the server turns to December and the base needs to look lived in. It belongs to the Christmas set, not to Halloween: the game's text speaks of holiday spirit, the Russian one names Christmas outright, and it sits well next to a Christmas tree.
Thirty cloth and no workbench buys one. It does not light up, hold loot or stop a single bullet. On a snowy wipe it just stands in the yard and looks cheerful, and that is the whole job. Recycling hands back part of the cloth if you change your mind.
Do not mix it up with the candy cane you can eat, which is food. If one inflatable looks lonely, add the giant lollipops. There is nothing to research: its blueprint is tied to owning the item on Steam.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
