Characteristics
Overview
A poster that can display a given player's face as wanted.
Nobody collects on this bounty. The poster shows a player's face as wanted, and that is the whole mechanic: no payout, no tracking, no marker on the map. What happens next is up to the players, a lot like a KOS sign over your gate.
It fits a broken truce best. Your neighbours promised to leave your farm alone, then walked off with your sulfur anyway. Put their leader's face on the fourth design and hang it where their roamers pass on the way to the monument.
Cost and stats match the original poster and number three: 20 wood, no bench, nothing to research. For a picture you took yourself, the portrait photo frame is the right holder.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
