Characteristics
Overview
A double sided hanging sign, to attach to buildings.
Craft this one when a shop or a town needs a hanging sign, not the plain one. It costs 100 metal fragments where the plain two sided hanging sign costs 150, and the job is the same: a board hanging off a building, with its own picture on each side.
The decorated frame looks most at home in a player town. Somebody runs a bar or a shop on the main street, the sign goes over the door, and both faces carry the name so it reads from either end of the road. For a message that has to carry across a field, a huge wooden sign does far more.
Like the rest of the signs and frames under Items, it is decor. It stores nothing and protects nothing, and if a raid takes it, you are out a hundred fragments.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
