Overview
A large shutter frame
Use it for a picture that not every visitor should see. Most clans end up with one: a painted copy of the paper map with every neighbour's base circled and a note on who is online at night. Hang it in the large shutter frame, and when the group next door comes over to trade, close the shutters with E before they reach that room.
Treat the shutters as a curtain, not a lock. As far as players know, anyone standing in front of the frame can open them again, so the plan stays private only while nobody goes looking.
Crafting it takes 150 wood and no workbench, the same as the small shutter frame. With no research cost in its row, it sits in your crafting menu only if it is unlocked for you. Beyond hiding a picture it does nothing, like most decor in Items.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
