Characteristics
Overview
Get into the halloween spirit with this decorative deployable item.
Plant it beside your crops for the look, not for protection. The scarecrow is a Halloween decoration with no job behind it: as far as we know it keeps no animals or players away from your farm, and nothing grows faster because it is there.
Picture a hemp patch in a row of large planter boxes behind the base. A scarecrow standing between them sells the October mood to anyone who walks past, and that is all it sells. Your plants grow exactly as they would without it.
The price is low enough to ignore: 200 wood and 10 cloth, no workbench. You cannot research it: its blueprint is tied to owning the item on Steam. Recycling hands back part of the cloth and wood. If you want to go all in, the scarecrow suit lets you dress up as one and stand in the field next to it.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
