Characteristics
Overview
An exquisite hand crafted gold and diamond egg. When opened, a very special melody can be heard as you observe an intricate representation of your favorite monument.
It does nothing for your wipe, and that is fine. You craft it, hold it, open it and look inside. The red shell's own text adds a melody to the scene, and none of the other seven mention any sound.
Here is what all eight colours share, so the other pages can skip it: each costs the same 2 high quality metal with no workbench, cannot be researched, fills a slot on its own and recycles the same way. Only the shell and the miniature differ, from the underwater lab in the white egg to the cargo ship in the cerulean one.
So you pick by taste alone. If you are waiting at the door for a teammate and want something to fiddle with, take the red: at least it makes a sound. Almost everything else in Misc has a job to do. This one is a toy.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
