Overview
Hazmat Youtooz
Fifty metal fragments go into this figure, and on day one of a wipe that is metal you would rather spend on your base. Later, when the boxes are full, it is pocket change. The figure shows a player in the hazmat suit, and its game text is nothing but its own name: no effect, no comfort, no storage.
Youtooz makes collectible vinyl figures, and this is their hazmat look in Rust form. With no bench and no research cost listed, it is unlocked by owning it, not learned from a blueprint.
The Hazmat Plushy is the same suit as a soft toy made of cloth. Put the figure next to the Heavy Scientist Youtooz on the shelf of your trade room, where visitors waiting at the window can see it. If you get tired of it, a recycler hands back about half the metal.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
