Characteristics
Overview
Horizontal Abyss container taken from the depths of the ocean
You place this tank to keep loot in a base that looks like it was dragged up off the seabed. It lies on its side, so it runs along a wall where a large wood box would otherwise sit, and it most likely holds as much. The game's line gives no slot count, though, so open your first one before you plan a whole loot room around it.
It costs a little more than the box: 75 metal fragments and 300 wood against 50 and 250, with no workbench needed. The plain horizontal storage barrel has exactly the same recipe, which tells you a lot about what this tank really is. The theme matches the Abyss assault rifle, and like that skin it changes the look and nothing else.
Watch out
The storage barrels say outright that they cannot be locked. The tank's own text says nothing about a lock either way. Try a code lock on it before you trust it with your sulfur.
You cannot research it, so the blueprint does not come from a research table. If you own the Abyss content, it is a nice piece. If not, the large box does the same job for less.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
