Characteristics
Overview
A 2-meter by 1-meter wooden sign that you can write on.
Inside a base, this is the sign that labels things. Put one over each row of boxes in the loot room (AMMO, MEDS, COMPS, BOOM) and your teammates stop opening every large wood box in turn to find a syringe. Two metres is wide enough for a word you can read across the room, yet small enough to sit above a stack of boxes.
There is nothing to research: like the small sign, every player knows it from the start, and each one takes 100 wood. For labels that is the sweet spot. The small board leaves room for little more than an arrow, and the large sign asks 30 scrap and wants a whole wall.
Paint it in the canvas editor; dark letters on a light fill read best. It does nothing else, and losing a few in a raid costs you almost nothing.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
