Overview
A companion that reminds you of your youth.
Call it a keepsake and you have described the whole item. The game says it is a companion that reminds you of your youth, and it names no effect: no comfort, no storage, nothing for a raid.
The row is nearly empty. There is no recipe, no workbench and no research cost, which sets it apart from the Scientist Plushie or the Hazmat Plushy, both crafted from fifty cloth once you own them. The charity Cancer Research UK Plushie at least promises comfort. How the bear is handed out is not shown here, so treat any talk of drops or store sales with care. And with no recipe, a bear lost in a raid most likely cannot be crafted back.
If you have one, sit it on the shelf above your team's sleeping bags as a small joke between raids. On this site it lives with the other items.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
