Characteristics
Overview
A large ornate frame
Cloth runs short early in a wipe, and this frame never touches it. It asks for 150 wood and nothing else, so you can put a painted picture in a gold border over your furnace while every bit of cloth still goes into armour and bandages.
The plain picture frames work differently. The landscape picture frame wants 10 cloth on top of its wood, which hurts on day one and stops mattering by day three. Inside, both take paint through the same editor you use on a sign. Photos from a camera belong in the photo frames instead.
The row lists no research cost, so if it is missing from your crafting menu, it is not unlocked for you. Beyond that it is pure decoration, like most of the Items section.

Direct hit, hard side, no duds. Satchel Charge is a dud 20% of the time. Beancan Grenade is a dud 15% of the time. A range runs from point blank to the far end of the bullet's falloff, fired from an Assault Rifle.
Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
