Overview
A large Salmon, found in fresh and salt water. Eats everything, so you never know what you'll find in it's stomach.
Fish the river mouth for it. Most big catches belong to one kind of water, but the salmon's own text says it lives in fresh and salt water alike. Say your base sits a short walk up a river from the beach: one evening on the rocks where the river meets the sea gives you a shot at it from either side.
Going by the game's own descriptions, the catch splits up like this:

Ten fit in a slot, so gut them as the evening goes. Each one leaves a bigger pile of raw fish than the small fry does. The text also jokes that it eats everything and you never know what is in its stomach; whatever extra drops when the knife goes in is a bonus, not a reason to fish.
