About this craft

Craft these in pairs. One champagne shell's gun powder does not divide into powder's batches, so a single shell leaves five on the bench. The low grade fuel does the same with its own batches. A second shell swallows both leftovers, and two together use every craft with nothing over.

It is also the boomer to think twice about. A plain Blue Boomer costs well under half the sulfur, so before a party weigh one champagne finale against several colours for the same powder.

Like the rest of the set, it has no blueprint to learn. Owners of the item craft it without a bench, and everyone else never sees it. Where the finale fits best is on the item page.
