Characteristics
Overview
Military issue tactical gloves provide protection as well as weapon stabilization leading to higher accuracy when used.
A looted pair goes straight on your hands, especially if you still wear burlap or leather there. The game text promises protection plus weapon stabilization for better accuracy, which makes them the only gloves that claim to help your shooting and not just your health bar.
Crafting them is not an option. Whatever recipe with leather and sewing kits you see listed, nobody can craft or research them, so nobody plans a kit around them. Road sign gloves are the pair you learn for scrap and rebuild after every death, and leather gloves are what you wear before either.
Pros
Cons
- Steadier aim by their own text, which no other gloves offer
- Protection as well, by the same text
- A spare pair recycles into a pile of sewing kits
- Loot only, so you cannot count on having them
- Lose them in a fight and only another crate replaces them
The second pair from a crate is a real choice. Say everyone in your group already has gloves and a military crate on the road hands you another. A green recycler gives back half the leather and five kits, enough for two road sign jackets. More often than not, that is the better deal.

Recycling
At power grid stage 2 a green recycler works at 60% instead of 50%. Yields depend on the recycler.
