Unmatched craftsmanship meets devastating firepower.

Short answer: this is how the rocket launcher looks if you own the RPG skin. It is not a different gun, it does not hit harder, and there is nothing extra to research. You learn the normal launcher blueprint, then pick the skin when you craft it or reskin an existing tube at a repair bench.

Everything you know about the launcher carries over. It loads the same rockets, high velocity rockets and incendiaries, reloads just as slowly after every shot, and breaks down into the same parts in a recycler.

So buy it only because you like the look. The defender on the roof does not care what the tube aimed at him is painted like. On PC you buy it in the Item Store, and it stays bound to your Steam account.
